The personal data collected through www.amalconsult.com are subject to automated processing and are incorporated into a file owned by AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L., which is also responsible for the said file.
The completion of the online form (inquiries, contact, order, quote...) included on the site or the sending of emails or other communications to AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L. implies the express consent of the Customer to the inclusion of their personal data in the aforementioned automated file of AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L.
The Customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations, by email or regular mail to the registered office of AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L. in C. Jara Carrillo, No. 1, Floor 1, Letter BM, 30004, Murcia, or by any other means to recognize the identity of the Customer exercising any of the above rights.
The collection of personal data will be carried out through different forms, namely, the one published in the section of www.amalconsult.com, the one that collects customer data in the exclusive Customer Portal and the rest of the forms through which customers and users transfer their personal data.
All private communications between AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L. and customers/users will be considered confidential. In addition, information of any kind exchanged by both parties, information that both parties agree is of such a nature, and information about confidential information will also have the status of confidential.
We recommend that the Customer not provide any third party with their Customer identification, password or reference numbers, which, if any, should be provided by AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L.
In addition, to ensure that the protection of professional secrecy between AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L. and the Client/User is preserved in all communications, the Client/User must try not to reveal their confidential information to any third party other than their Lawyer, and vice versa.
AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L. does not sell, assign, rent or transmit in any way information or personal data of its Customers/Users to third parties.
AMAL REAL ESTATE S.L. reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice, always in accordance with current Spanish legislation on data protection. Changes affecting the processing of personal data will also be communicated to interested parties by email.
